Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most popular role is Bo who is from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter who is a professor, and Ilkay Silk who is a renowned performer, actress, and playwright as well as Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with most fond memories of watching TV and attending rehearsals for performances. This was shown by Showcase in an exclusive Season Three show held January 6, 2013 before the show's premiere. Silk was working on Lost Girl since the third season finale episode was conceived on January 6, 2013, announced on Twitter her intention to return June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on fourth season. CNN named Bo's portrayal with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most popular TV couples of all time. E! voted it as top TV couple for 2013. Entertainment Television.
